ARKANSAS TROUT FISHING - RENTAL BOATS AT COTTER TROUT DOCK ON THE WHITE RIVER

When our guides are not using all our boats, we rent the boats to people who want to fish with no guide.

There usually are several available, but it is best to call ahead and inquire about availability.

The boats are Shawnee brand "jon" boats designed for the White River conditions. The ones we rent first are 48" wide. We do have some 36" wide boats that we can use, but most people prefer the stability of the wide models. We have had a few people who prefer the narrow boats.

All boats are 20' long with a capacity of up to four people, including the driver of the boat. All boats have live wells. Motors are 9.9 HP Mariners.

Rates are $65 for Half Day (4.5 hours) or $110 for Full Day (up to 10.5 hours). Starting time can be as early as 7:00 AM. Boats must be back at dock by 5:30 PM.

Boats cannot be out overnight. A full tank of gas (six gallons), swivel padded seats, life jackets, throw cushion, net and paddles are included in the prices shown above.
